The Rev. Leslie D. Weber

Pastor Leslie began serving as Lead Pastor at Holy Communion in September 2024; she also serves as the pastor at Grace Lutheran Church in Chesapeake. She is not your "stereotypical Christian." On top of being a young-is woman, (which some find weird enough for a pastor), she is socially liberal, pro-choice, open/affirming, environmentally conscience, and believes in science. Natalie Rowland

Natalie grew up in a Navy family that retired in Portsmouth. She graduated from Churchland High School, and is married to her high school best friend. Her family includes 2 children, 2 dogs, and 2 cats. When Natalie is not working for our church and community, she is supporting her daughter as a full time dance mom.
